The Northwood Invite looked slightly different this year for the Lancer cross-country team. Due to a schedule conflict, this year's meet was actually hosted at Warsaw High School. Seventeen schools were in attendance creating a field of 122 runners. In the second meet of the season, LaVille's Colin Christy finished in the top half of the field and Freshman Aaron Platz knocked nearly a minute and a half off of his first run of the season. Lancers are back in action on Tuesday at Bremen for the 2023 Bremen Fritz Nierste Invitational. The Boys' race is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Jane's Park in Bremen.
