The junior varsity football team opened the 2022 season at Bremen for a non-conference game. LaVille (1-0) picked up a 26-6 victory over the Lions at Don J. Bunge Field. Jonah Skiles led a balanced scoring effort with two touchdowns. David Mitchell added a receiving touchdown and Cole Stafford a rushing touchdown. Brandon Nettrouer was on the receiving end of a 2-point conversion pass for LHS. Brayden Schwitz had one touchdown pass and one 2-point conversion pass. The junior varsity football team will play host to Triton on August 29. Kick is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Lancer Field.
