BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN - The volleyball team traveled to the Prairie Heights Classic Saturday. LaVille fought the entire tournament, including a pair of 3-set matches, during the course of the day. Kate Aschenbrenner was the top setter for the day with 16 assists. Lucy Sherk led the net attack with 13 kills and Elaina Borton surveyed the court and came up with 34 digs defensively. LaVille, now 4-9 overall, is set to play three matches during the coming week. The busy schedule includes a trip to Plymouth on August 31 (6 p.m.) before a non-conference home match against Argos on September 1 (6 p.m.).
