LAKEVILLE - It's GAMEDAY in Lakeville! LaVille basketball returns to the hardwood for a crucial Indiana Northern State Conference matchup against Jimtown. The junior varsity is scheduled to tip at 6pm, with the varsity game to follow. The Jimmies are 3-1 overall following a 57-38 victory over New Prairie on December 12. Will Spurgeon leads the Jimtown offense at 26.7 points per game and is the top sniper at 2.0 steals per outing.  Zander Whitaker leads the rebounding effort at 8.0, while Dominic Fey dishes out 4.0 assists. LHS is also 3-1 after a 56-18 win at Argos on December 9.  Junior Lance Edison led the Lancers with 20 points, while Braedyn Foster added 11 points.  After the Jimtown battle, LaVille will spend the next seven games on the road against stiff competition before returning home in the middle of January.  The middle portion of those seven road games also features the Wawasee Tournament on January 2 and 3.
