LANCER DIGEST VOLLEYBALL Knox - The varsity volleyball team traveled to Knox for a Hoosier North match. LaVille battled before falling short 3-1 to the Redskins. Caitlyn Goffinet led the defense with 19 digs, while Ava Fuchs added 17. Fuchs also led the offense with 6 kills. In the junior varsity match, Knox won 25-19, 25-23 The Lancers will participate in the Prairie Heights Invitational Saturday, August 26. The first round matches start at 9 a.m. and continue with pool play throughout the day. Coach Pat Gring's team will participate in the Black Division along with Manchester, Norwell, and the host Panthers.
