The Lancers advanced several athletes to Warsaw, just one step from the IHSAA state finals at Indianapolis North Central High School. Ryan Maenhout led LHS in placement for points following his fifth-place finish in the pole vault. Lance Edison closed out sixth-place in the 110M high hurdles. Edison also finished ninth in the 300H. Austin King represented LaVille in a pair of throwing events - discus and shot put. He picked up team points in the shot, finishing seventh, while closing out the discus with ninth place. Dylan Miller added to the team point total after an eighth-place in the long jump. He was also ninth in the 400M dash. Finally, the 4X400 relay team of Edison, Miller, Konnor Amor, and Hudson Rush hustled around the track for a 13th-place finish. It was a fine effort by all of the Lancers this season.
