LAKEVILLE - The LaVille junior high girls soccer team played solid defense, while the offense complimented their counterparts during a 9-0 victory over Urey at Newton Park. Coach Blair Endicott's team defense was stingy and worked well with goalies Brielle Weber and Clare Strang record the shuout. On the offensive side, the Lancers depth and complimented attack with seven different players scoring at least one goal. Annie Tyler and Sophie Edison netted two goals each. Endicott's crew will continue a busy week by traveling to John Young Sept 22nd before playing host to Goshen Sept 23rd. The Lancers close out a four-match week at Bethany Christian on Sept 26th.
