LAKEVILLE - It's a basketball night in Lakeville! On this GAMEDAY, LaVille Lady Hoops return to action on Saturday, November 4, 2023, with a non-conference game against South Central (Union Mills), Tip for the junior varsity contest is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start, with the varsity to follow. The Satellites (1-0) are coming off a 48-20 victory at Culver Community. Sadies Marks led South Central with 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 9 steals.  Lexi Johnson had 16 points and 6 rebounds for coach Ben Anderson's club. LaVille fell 56-39 at home to Jimtown.  Brooke Edison led the Lancers with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 steals.  London Kwiatkowski added 12 points, including 8 of 9 from the free throw line, four assists and three steals. The two teams split a pair of games during the 2022-23 season.  LaVille upset South Central 42-39 in Union Mills before the Satellites eliminated the Lancers 52-40 in the 2A North Judson sectional championship on February 4.
