KNOX - The LaVille wrestling team traveled to Knox for a Hoosier North Athletic Conference match. Individual winners for the Lancers included Alyvia Wickizer, Brock Gest, Austin Wright, Nehemiah Stanley, and Brandon Nettrouer. After a short break, the Lancers will return to action on December 27 at the Kankakee Valley Invitational. LaVille will join Crown Point, East Chicago Central, Griffith, Hammond Bishop Noll, Highland, Pioneer, and the host Kougars. The Lancers will start the day against Highland, followed by a match with East Chicago Central, and close pool play with Kankakee Valley. The fourth and fifth round opponent will be determined by outcomes from pool play. Admission will be $10 per person or $25 for family. Doors are set to open at 9 a.m. eastern time.
