Bremen, Jimtown, LaVille Renew Track & Field Rivalry

BREMEN - Bremen, Jimtown and LaVille renewed their rivalry at Bremen in track and field. Lincoln Hulsey and Michael Good were double-winners for the Lancer boys. Hulsey won the 100 and the pole vault. Good, meanwhile, won discus and shot put. On the girls side, Brooke Edison departed with a pair of blue ribbons. Edison won the high jump, then was the anchor on the 4X400 relay team with Jessica Keb, Reagan Wagoner, and Reagan Mitchell. LaVille returns to action on May 3 at the Dennis Rippy Invitational, hosted by John Glenn High School. Field events are scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m., with running events set for 5:45 p.m. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 in all events. Ribbons will be awarded to 1st through 8th place. The winning boys team and girls team will receive a trophy. A concession stand will be open for spectators. Long Sleeve T-Shirts will be available for $15.
