PLYMOUTH - The co-ed junior high track and field teams participated in a triangular meet with Triton at Lincoln. LaVille competed well in both events.  The Lancer girls team had six blue ribbon finishes, including a new school record finish second in the team competition. Double winners were Lexi Huff and Madison Mishler.  Huff won the discus and shot put, while Mishler hit the tape first in the 100 hurdles and 200 hurdles.  In winning the 200 hurdles, Mishler set a new school record with a time of 34.00.  The new mark replaces the 38.74 mark by Lauren Edison in 2019. On the boys side, LaVille finished with 31 points against Lincoln and Triton. The Lancers get back in action on May 2 against Career Academy South Bend and Urey.  Field events are set to start at 5 p.m. EDT. JR.
