LAKEVILLE - LaVille played host to Tippecanoe Valley in Indiana Northern State Conference (INSC) action. The Lancers fought for a 2-0 victory in its INSC opener at Newton Park. Tippecanoe Valley had an own goal in the 30th minute, while Remington Loftus netted a goal, assisted by Isaac Beelby in the 60th minute. Ryan Maenhout had five saves before leaving the match in the 67th minute.  Jackson McNerney came on for the  final 13 minutes of the match.  McNerney registered one save. Coach Keith Norman's club improved to 3-1 and will return to action on September 7 at Oregon-Davis.  The match is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET start.
