The junior high volleyball team played host to Caston in the final regular season match. In the 8th grade match, LaVille fell 2-0 to the Comets. According to coach Jennifer Higley, Izzy Ort was the top server of note by completing a 3 for 4 effort, including 3 aces. "The girls have had a tough season where their hard work didn’t translate to as many wins as we had all hoped but each one of them showed up the next day for practice with a smile on their face and a heart for pushing themselves to get better," said Higley. "They have made huge improvements and this group has a bright future if they continue to work hard to improve. I am so proud of them and will deeply miss seeing each of them after school everyday." On the 7th grade side, the Lancers dropped a 2-0 decision to Caston.
