GAMEDAY - Lady Hoops Return To Action At New Prairie

NEW CARLISLE - It's GAMEDAY! LaVille Lady Hoops is set to return to action January 4 at New Prairie, following a 13-day Christmas break. The junior varsity is set to tip at 6 pm ET, with the varsity to follow. The game can be live-streamed via the ihsaatv.org Champions Network by clicking https://www.ihsaatv.org/?B=1880917 The Lancers are 10-3 overall following a 48-35 victory at Culver Academy on December 20. Brooke Edison led a balanced LaVille attack with 18 points. Mackena Deason had 15 points and Jasmine Foster added nine points. LHS enters the 2025 portion of its schedule with its best record since the 2022-23 season when they were 10-4 until posting a 19-7 overall mark before losing in the IHSAA sectional title game. New Prairie enters the non-conference game with a 1-13 record after a 59-52 loss to Knox at the Plymouth Holiday Tournament. Nevaeh Trobaugh and Chloe Deutscher led the Cougars with 15 and 12 points, respectively. The Cougars are trying to end an eight-game losing streak, while the Lancers look to continue its momentum into the new year. Game on ...
