The Senators had a tough setback despite a team effort on offense. Gracie Little tossed in 15 points, while Brooklyn Campbell added eight points, 14 rebounds and four blocked shots. WTHS is led in by Clair Klinger 13.3 points per game, 4.7 rebounds per outing, and 4.3 assists. Little adds 12.8 ppg, 4.3 assists and 3.2 steals, while Campbell chips in 10.7 ppg and 9.0 boards for the Senators. Coach John Gast's team averages 44.5 points on offense and 41.5 on defense. The Senators are 9-2 when scoring at least 45 points so far this season. Coach Nicholas Amor'c club is 14-6 overall, including a 5-3 ledger in the last eight games. The Lancers are led by Brooke Edison, Jasmine Foster, Denni Marking, Mackena Deason, Ava Weil and Mikalah Kuskye. LHS tends to be a balanced offensive attack and have been in the top 25 recently in overall defense, allowing 33.6 points to the opposition. The Lancers are 9-1 when scoring 45 points or more so far in 2024-25. So, something has got to give in tonight's non-conference game.
