The Indiana High School Bowling Program (IHSB) has chosen its All-State Teams for the 2024-25 season. Seventeen boys and fifteen girls were chosen for the team and will be recognized at the IHSB All State Tournament at Heritage Lanes, Kokomo, IN on March 8, 2025. The award was open to all high school bowlers (freshman through senior class) who met performance criteria. The All-State Team members, and their placement on the teams, were determined by a point system. Athletes earned points based on their regular season conference performance and their state tournament sectional, regional, semi-state, and championship finishes. This year’s boys first team is headlined by Riley Speer, Indiana High School Bowling’s first back-to-back individual state champion in the program’s 26 year history. The Senior from Lutheran High School dominated the state tournament by winning sectionals, regionals, semi-state, and the state finals. Ryan Carmichael, the individual state runner-up from LaVille High School, was the lone freshman to earn first team honors. Sophomore Drew Watts, Concord High School, Perry Meridian Senior Christian Luna, and Carmeron Barnett, junior, from Evansville Reitz joined Speer and Carmichael on the Boys top squad. Crawfordsville Senior Campbell White leads the Girls’ First Team selections. White, who earned first team honors in 23-24, captured sectional, regional, and semi-state titles before finishing her brilliant high school career with a 3rd place finals finish. Alexa Escamilla, Charleston High School, who will be competing for North Carolina A&T State next fall, and Kylee Estes, Laporte High School, join White as the other seniors on this year’s elite squad. Sophomores Korebie Smock, Snider High School, and Morgan Morales, Boone Grove High School, round out the first team honorees. Smock was this season’s State Runner-up while Morales’ strong postseason performance included sectional and regional titles.
