LAKEVILLE - The boys soccer team played host to Rochester in a non-conference match at Newton Park Tuesday night. LaVille used balanced scoring and a stingy defense to pick up a 3-0 victory. LHS outshot the Zebras 29-4 and Kyler Christy earned the shutout in goal. Coach Keith Norman's club improved to 4-0 on the young season, which is the best start since at least 2012. Norman's club returns to action September 2 against Argos at Newton Park. Match is scheduled for a 5:30pm start.
