The junior high volleyball team played a Indiana Northern State Conference match against rival Bremen. In the seventh grade match, LaVille fell 2-1 against the Lions 20-25 25-14, 15-12. Lily Wirth led in serving with 8 points (6 aces) followed by Halie Unger with 6 points (3 aces) and Maddy Nace with 4 points (2 aces). Maddy Nace led in passing with 15. Maddy also had 2 spikes (1 kill) and Lily Wirth also had a kill. According to Coach Candi Weller, "There were lots of tips in this match!" Maddy Nace had 5 and Katie Keen and Lilli McQueen each had 3. On the eighth grade side, LaVille and Bremen battled for each point before Lancers lost a 2-0 decision to the Lions - 25-20, 25-20 Alex Bracken - 3 serves and 7 passes Havana Carr - 1 serve and 1 pass Collette Morgan - 8 serves with 5 of them being aces, 16 passes, 6 spikes with 1 being a kill, and 2 tips Zalea Shaefer - 1 serve, 10 passes, and 1 tip Emma Wisniewski - 2 serves with 1 being an ace, 16 passes, 4 assists, 1 spike that was a kill, and 1 tip that resulted in a point Chessa Menis (7th grader) - 12 serves with 4 of them being aces, 11 passes, 1 touched block, and 3 tips
