LAKEVILLE - Chloey Cox converted two free kicks outside the box and Annie Tyler netted the hat trick as LaVille defeated Jefferson, 7-0, Tuesday at Newton Park. The Lancers jumped to a 2-0 lead following goals by Cox and Myla Mishler and carried that momentum in the second half. Cox and Cora Norman each found the back of the net, while Tyler scored three goals in a nine-minute span for the final margin. "LaVille continued to dominate possession and work well as a team," said Lancer coach Blair Endicott. The Lancers, now 7-0, return to the pitch on October 2 in a girl-boy doubleheader against Stanley Clark at Newton Park.  The gals open the double dip at 5pm, with the guys to follow.
